How It All Started
Interior design began as a hobby to fulfill my lifelong enthusiasm for beautiful interiors and furnishings. Enjoying the satisfaction of helping family and friends realize their uniqueness and style over the years has been an amazing experience, which blossomed into the creation of Vignette Coeur d'Alene Design.
Idaho, with it's natural beauty, wood, water, wildlife and exemplary landscapes, provides endless possibilities for unique style. Personally, I am moved by the beauty of this place. I find it to be a stream of ideas and inspiration for stunning design. Transforming living spaces into beautiful rooms to enjoy family, friends, nature and the outdoor lifestyle Idaho promotes is my passion.

Tracy Blalock, Founder
Tracy began her career in the furniture industry, fueling her passion for design and beautiful furnishings. She went on to manage a showroom for a major retail furniture company, leading to a furniture manufacturing internship to learn design process from concept to construction to delivery. With an eye for design, latest trends, and the curation of unique pieces to capture the clients' style, Tracy has developed a love for the Modern Rustic style. A perfect partnership for the Idaho lifestyle.
Tracy received her education in Interior Design at the New York Institute of Art and Design.
